Free science fiction / fantasy novels at FictionWise.com

Just wanted to say that several novels/novellas (the Hugo/Nebula nominees and more) are available for free from fictionwise, in MobiPocket format.

Fictionwise is really a very cool site, I haven't bought anything there yet (just the free stuff) but I sure like the concept. Check it out!

In Mobipocket format? That's a bit limiting for those of us without mobipocket compatible portable devices.

i daresay there's a reason why this is posted in "iliad content"

Anyway, thanks for the info.

Edit: Where are the books? Here http://fictionwise.com/awardstories.htm you can only buy them.

Usually they only have them up for free between the nomination announcements and the actual awards. Since the awards were given back in May they've probably switched over and are charging now.
