Question Palm Pre wall charger with PRS-350/650?

Has anyone tried to use a Palm Pre wall charger to charge their PRS-350/650? I know I could just try it but I am a bit worried that I damage my reader.

I use my cell phone charger all the time with no problems. You can check the specs on the charger but I'm sure they are somewhere around 5v/1000mah.
