Not as far as I know. Rar/zip files holding a single ebook format get auto-extacted but not those holding multiple formats.

Winrar has an option to "unpack here", that removes the outer layer (leaves Zips and Rars inside, intact, so: copy the Archive to a empty folder and un-pack. Then Import into Calibre. (shift) Delete the contents of the folder after verification that imports were successful and repeat with next archive
