Kobo app web browser!!!!!!

Hey just wondering if anyone else knew this, That if you open kobo desktop app you can drag the mobile read icon into it and it will open in the kobo store(you might have to search for a book and then drag the icon into it) Not sure why this can work.

not very effective but Kobo desktop app is a low quality web browser

So's the one builtin to the kobo-wifi... be kind of neat/maybe useful at times if it would allow for generally connecting to sites... breaks the entire UI of the rest of the fw on the wifi though, which is what makes the one onboard poor to me... (plus immense lack of options...)

I realize that, but it also kind of goes along with the WiFi store "app" onboard...

Well, the Kobo Desktop software is basically a customized Webkit/Safari web browser. Apparently they don't have things completely locked out!

Neat little find.
