at the rental there is rock steady internet and that is being worked on out at the ranch. as well as power. the lines go right by the ranch but we haven't been hooked up yet. apparently haven't paid enough "mordida" (bribes)

Sounds like an exciting opportunity has reared its head to you at just the right time, perhaps? Very cool- I'll be anxious to see pictures. I was going to be an organic farmer in WI. That didn't happen. In fact, if the opportunity came up now, I doubt I'd take it. But certainly other opportunities would be very welcomed! Come here, opportunities!! Come here!

not in a big way. I already suggested it and was met with raised eyebrows. I'm still going to push for as much of it as possible when the initial construction issues are over

OY!!!! regular prophetess I am!!! I just got off the phone with his attorney. he rolled his truck twice on Sunday, completely totalled. he is in the hospital amazingly having escaped serious injury. he has a lot of road rash, missing hide, and so on.

methinks he has driven his last!

I'm most especially glad no one else was hurt. if he wants to kill himself, so be it, but the thought of him ijuring someone else would be horrid.
