HTML Merger
To create your own books which come from multiple HTM/HTML documents easier, I found this tool:
http://iterati.org/ebookTools/vHtmlMerger/Default.aspx

It's called vHtmlMerger,and it works like a charm.
Much easier to merge books together that use one html page per chapter.

Just thought of letting you know.

Yup, that and the vBooksorter4 (on the same site) have been one of my favorite tools for some time now.

BookDesigner comes with quite a neat "HTML Merge" tool, too.
