If you're trying to debug a clip that won't work, or wonder why a clip tests okay but doesn't work, here's a list of supported extensions I got from HandStory tech support:

Up to version 2.0: .htm*, .php, .cgi, .jsp, .asp, .cfm, .jpg, .jpeg, .gif, .bmp

Version 2.1 additions: .shtm*, .dhtm*, .phtm*

Version 2.3 additions: .png, .tif, .tiff, .story, .nsf

Also noteworthy is that the current HS direct clip technology won't work with sites requiring logins.
