chm to epub conversion pb between 0.8.23 and 0.8.24 (OSX)

Hi,
first of all for my first post here,
I'd like to say a big thank you to Kovid for that fantastic (& multiplatform) App!

So since my latest update (0.8.24) in OSX Lion, I have duplicate chapter entries when I try to convert a chm ebook to epub (I mainly use a kobo).

I didn't not have this problem before I updated, also I'm really not a hundred percent sure it was since 0.8.23 though i am sure it is very recent.

Any idea of what change might have been the source of this regression ?
