Book Designer help please

I downloaded and installed BD 4.0 but I can't figure it out.

Where do I find the button for exporting to lrf?
Where is the menu bar I see referenced in the wiki?
Where is the Element Editor?

I know all this has to be there because others are using it successfully. I can't figure it out though.

Here is what I see:

If you right-click in the document pane, does it display a menu with 'Show Upper Menu' at the bottom?

For me, taking this option displays a menu bar of drop-down menus.

Element Browser is then under the 'Tools' drop down menu, and LRF is under 'Make eBooks'.

Did you install the 7-30-07 update for Book Designer? I'm pretty sure you need to do that to add conversion to LRF support.

You need to download the update and extract everything from the zip. Then copy the files over to the folder that BookDesigner installed in--making sure to overwrite the existing files.
