Changing order of Name and Surname in Name tag

I get books from various sources, some have the name tag filled normally with "Name Surname" while others come with the name tag containing "Surname, Name".

Is there a simple way, using the metadata bulk edit, to re-order the contents of the name tag for those which are the wrong way round ?

And similarly, is there a simple way to change all the "NAME SURNAME" to "Name Surname" ?

Solved !

Search books on author:"," and Select all.
Then go to Edit Metadata in Bulk, Search and Replace, choose the Search Mode: Regular Expression, the Search Field: Author, then input Search For: for (.*),(.*) and Replace With: \2 \1

It will still need some cleaning-up for those few
Authors who had more than one comma in the field...

And I found that for those books where the author is on the lines of :
name, first-name & other-name, other-first-name
The above recipe deals separately with each side of the & sign and properly returns
first-name name & other-first-name other-name
