I have being trying for several days to reach Pocketbook support, both at 1-877-910-1520 and 877-326-0196

Both numbers roll to a VM that says the company can be reached between 8-5 Central Time. No one answers the phone...I have tried all the options on the VM, including sales.

email just generates an automatic response that they will response in 24 hours, which also hasn't happened.

Does anyone know how to get support on a Pocketbook IQ 701?

Use email. Go to pocketbooks site to get it. I've never had a problem.
What's the issue with your 701?

It was running 2.1.1 fine, then I started getting andriod.core errors and the wifi can scan for networks anymore.

PB support said to install 2.0.6...I did...it worked with wifi...then upgraded to 2.1.2 same issues with the wifi....I can turn it on, but it starts scanning, then give error that it can't scan for networks. I put in the SSID, but it won't hilite the security option.

any help would be appreciated.

Do a "factory reset" after installing 2.1.2 Normally this solves any wifi issues

I've gone back to 2.06 and stayed there. It seems to be the most stable. When I upgraded to 2.1.2, even with a factory reset it would eventually mess up the wi-fi.
going back to 2.06 fixed the problem and I haven't had a problem since.

That's probably the best way, additional you have all the hacks working on 2.0.6. like working market and Aldiko 2.0
