I ran this through FlightCrew and it came up and said that all 8 cover.jpg images are unused.

Hmm. I don't know why that is. I know all 8 of them had covers when I joined them together.

My suggestion is to run all the ePub you've recently posted through FlightCrew. I've made using FC part of my ePub creation/editing process.

Did you notice any other problem with the file other than not having working cover images for the separate books that are combined in the epub?

The text is in sans-serif instead of the default serif. There are line spaces between the paragraphs and no indents. The chapters run into each other instead of starting on a separate page. The line separating them should be removed and each chapter should be its own XML.

The graphics are running into the text. The text does flow around it. But the graphics should not be mixed in with the text.

The author's name is repeated on a separate page for every book.

This is all I've found so far.
