Auto hyperlink of footnotes
I'm trying to provide an ebook for the masses, gratis.
I'm using abbyy finereader to convert some pdfs (images). The pdfs have footnotes. I could turn the pdf into almost any format, and use any program to edit it. Is there any program on earth which can take footnotes, and auto hyperlink them? i've thought of word, abbyy can do it itself, but a shotty terrible job. I googled it and read countless pages... Perhaps sum1 can enlighten me here... PS i dunno where to post this, so any admin move of thread or advice how to best solve this is appreciated |

I usually make OCR it via ABBYY. About 90-95% of the footnotes work fine. The rest needs to be fixed. I usually do it in word and create clean HTML from it. In my conversion process to HTML the links are created correctly.
