So, nachdem es seit heute Morgen durchgehend regnet habe ich es auch geschafft. Insgesamt hat es mir nicht ganz so gut gefallen, habe es eher mit Disziplin gelesen als mit wirklichem Interesse an dem Kriminalfall.

Das Buch ist aber durchaus aus anderer Sicht interessant und für die Zeit ungewöhnlich geschrieben mit tiefen Einblicken in die Gesellschaft. Es hat sich daher trotzdem für mich gelohnt einmal etwas abseits meiner sonstigen Interessen zu lesen.

Ungefähr dasselbe könnte ich auch sagen, es gehört auf jeden Fall in die Kategorie von Büchern die in meinem Regal verstauben würden.

Ich hätte es nicht so exakt wie Aceflor oder Du festlegen können, aber "irgendwas" hat mir in der zweiten Hälfte auch nicht gefallen, und bei genauerem Nachdenken ist es genau dieser Bruch.

So, letzte Woche habe ich es auch endlich geschafft, den Matto auszulesen.

Gefallen hat es mir sehr gut als Buch an sich, sein Erzählstil und die Schilderung der damaligen Verhältnisse in der Schweiz und in der Schweizer Psychiatrie.
Und wie andere bereits geschrieben haben, als Krimi oder kriminalistisches Rätsel fand ich ihn nicht so doll. Möglicherweise liegt das daran, dass Studer selber höchstens halbherzig ermittelt und stattdessen eher die Umstände in der Anstalt beschreibt.

Insgesamt ein guter Einstand für unseren kleinen Buchclub! Ich fand es auch sehr interessant, Eure Beiträge und Meinungen hier zu lesen.
