High Court teaches meaning of "public domain" to heirs of author

Against the will of the heirs of Victor Hugo, two modern-day sequels to Victor Hugo's classic Les Miserables have been allowed by a French appeals court.

On a completely different note, his house in Paris is a museum and it is really friggin cool.

Saw his grave in the Pantheon too

Damn I need to go back there.
