Just want to check something so I don't waste my gift card

Can I use the card multiple times aslong as the balance allows?

eg, the card is £10, so I buy one book for £4.99 can I use the card a second time to get another book for £4.99

sounds obvious you can and I assume this is correct, has anyone done this?

I also got a 20% discount from kobo due to my birthday, can I use this along side the card to buy one of the books (one that accepts discounts)

By 'gift card' do you mean eVoucher? If so, the T&Cs are here:

The relevant section in bold by me:

sorry to hijack the thread but are you sure you can use it on kobo, i was bought a whsmith voucher by a family member to get ebooks but i could not use it on kobo website

I haven't tried it yet (will soon), but smiths website says you can now use them on kobo books, but it doesn't give to much info

Was it recently you tried it or a while back?

I think at one time with Chapters / Indigo you had to buy a Kobo gift card using the Chapters one.
