Can't detect or connect to Kobo reader

Hi all

I can not connect to my Kobo reader. Worked once upon a time but no more..

Windows 7

Version: 0.8.37

and show BOTH states.

Does Windows see the Kobo?

When I plug it in it does the usuall beep, it is visible, kobo says connected and charging and then disappears and reader goes offline.

That sounds like a Kobo problem. Maybe the Kobo group can help.
