Samsung e65 microSD problem

Hi everyone!

I just got for my birthday a samsung E65 and i'm very pleased with it!
The only problem is the fact that I can't see the books that i put in the microSD card.
I'm using Calibre to transfer my books(epub format), but when i transfer the books to the external card, the device won't see them. And I don't understand why, and this is only for the books because with images and music no problem.
i'm not saying that i have a lot of books and 2GB are not enough for me, but, i like to keep my options open!

So, really appreciated if anyone who had this problem or knows what i'm talking about to explain what I have to do!

best wishes and many thanks

Samsung e65 microSD problem too!

Hi!

Neither my samsung e65 nor my PC does recognize the microSD card. I have reset the e65 but it doesn't help. I have tried a SDHC memory card. No recognization. As for the Samsung company, it doesn't seem to recognize any more the its own ereader nor, of course, provides any support for it.

Is there any way to make the e65 ereader to see the card?

A partly solution to my problem...

The solution was simple. I found that it's the sd-card slot of samsung e65 which is tricky. The sd-card must be a little bit downwards slanted when it is pushed in to the slot. If not, it doesn't slide in correctly nor does it get contact with the reader.

Now the sd-card is recognized by ereader and by pc.

But - unfortunately - the books loaded in the sd-card are seen only by pc and not by e65. And - of course - the Samsung company doesn't take any responsability of this adverdised function of its product. I wonder if it is lawful to adverdise inexistant functions as the Samsung company seems to do?
