Calibre's Page Numbers & Kindle Fire HD
Calibre 9.3 adds page numbers to ebooks that I transfer to my Kindle 3, but not when I send them my Kindle Fire HD. Calibre also asks to convert the format of Delphi Classics ebooks when I try to send them to my Fire HD, but not when I send them to my Kindle 3.
