The Web of Wizardry by noted filksinger Juanita Coulson (ISFDB, Wikipedia) is the 1st novel in her vintage Krantin duology of classically epic good vs. evil sword & sorcery fantasy chock-full of battles and intrigue and remorseless bespelled soldiers, oh my!, this installment setting up the obligatory reluctant alliance of warriors and wizards from two ancient enemies joining forces against the encroaching evil hordes of evil, as you do, free courtesy of publisher Endeavour Press's Venture imprint, who are e-printing it from its original 1979 Del Rey paperback, which ISFDB tells me was graced with a classically epic Boris Vallejo cover, and even provides a picture where the characters were somewhat less scantily-clad than I was expecting, given the usual style of the period.

Currently free @ Amazon (available to Canadians & in the UK and probably pretty much everywhere else they sell worldwide, since this is being done via the KDP Select exclusive-or-else program)

And this has been the selected 3rd (non-repeat) free ebook thread of the day.
