Another annoying thing is using <div class="block"> when a blockquote should be used and then there are the fave blockquotes that don't have an offset right margin because the uidiots makiung the ePub use rules from the highly obsolete Mobipocket.

And what about a contents link inside the NCX ToC? That's just stupid. You ARE at the ToC. No need to go jumping to the worthless internal ToC. The internal ToC is just a POS put in because of Amazon.

I beg to differ. A left-only indent for blocks is a good use of the constricted screen space on most e-book readers. And a well-written actual (html) TOC is a wonderful sales tool on any e-store that allows a sample to be viewed.

IMHO, of course!
