Question Fonts for LRF output

Hi,

I know this question has been asked before but I just can't find the thread any more. Anyway here my questions:
  1. Should I open tickets for fonts which don't work? I tried DejaVu and the predecessor Bitstream Vera - I both cases bold and normal where the wrong way around.
  2. There is no reset to default - which where the default setting and/or how can you restore the? Better no fonts embedded then fonts which don't work.
  3. Which free (beer) fonts work fine? Just in case one has to embed a font.

Found out myself: the very first entry is "Keine" - German for "None". Well the font list on a Mac is very long...
