Just a quick question for you all. If the screensaver hack is applied after the jailbreak - where do the original Amazon screensavers go? Also, is it possible to restore them after if I ever need to remove hacks and jailbreak?

The originals are still there but you can't see them. If you uninstall the hack the originals will come back. What the hack does is it tells the Kindle to load the images from a different directory than the default one. Once the hack is uninstalled it loads the images from the original one again.

The old screensavers are still available - they're in the linkss/backups folder, so yes, you can restore them at any time .

Nice thanks...just used the jailbreak and screenie hack....trying to find some decent screens now.

Ripped a few from here already...looking for some nice comic book ones.

Hmmm....it looks like I am about to start spending more time finding screensavers than actually reading books! I have had to stop myself at about 30. Mainly video games, Star wars and movies.

All good though.
