Shakespeare..Any good formatting out there?

Im having a helluva time coming up with reasonable copies of Shakespeares plays. I have:

1) Converted a pdf from google books to a word file to a mobi file...fonts got all screwed up, tried fixing it, inserted TOC etc, but still hard to read the verse properly

2) purchased 2 different versions from Amazon...both are crap...

Does anyone have another source out there reading shakespeare on continuous lines instead of the way the verse was written is unbearable.

if anyone wants a pdf or word doc of the complete works, let me know.

There are several titles here at MobileRead (but not all are plays).

I have not downloaded or looked at any of these titles personally but they're all free and might have what you're looking for.

Daffy--Thanks for the links. I was familiar with the majority of those, but had not visited Manybooks.net. great site. Unfortunately the version of the Bard's complete works is the same as others i have gotten from gutenburg and google books..no TOC and it does not keep the lines in verse...

Is there any good HTML source for Shakespeare ? I'd like to add his complete works on Feedbooks, and of course, they will have a proper TOC.

Will this site work for you? You have the option of the whole play (or whatever) on one page.

FBReader does not break at the end of each line with the MOBI version, but the ePub looks good.

I'll change the CSS and add:
blockquote + p {text-indent: 0.0em;}

Don't know how it'll work for Mobipocket though, they probably add this indent automatically on p tags.

You can change the PDF font size using the custom PDF option.

They do. You can avoid an indent in Mobi either by saying:

<p width="0">

or by using a "<br>" rather than a "<p>".

Look here for more information.

I got a Complete Works off of KindleKorner on Yahoo. Not sure who did it, but it is nicely formatted and has a good TOC.
