CONTACTING BOOKEEN

I have tried to reach Bookeen at least 15 times since rhe new software came out. I have received nothing. I tried all 4 addresses. I tried getting into server to dowmload the new firmware (whatever the number is). When I try to get into the server t says they don't recognize my id/pass combo amd have reset several times. They say if no respomse email in an hour. No response! Can anyone tell me how to get in touch with these people? I feel shafted about now and don't know what to do.David

Well, why would you need the new Gen3 firmware when all you have is an EB1150?

I have both and do not know how to add the Gen 3 why does it matter I am still having thw problems with Bookeen! David

Hello!

For some reasons, it seems that it is easier to contact them with a web based email like Yahoo or Gmail.

They responded promptly to my inqueries, using Yahoo.
