Please bear in mind that a NEW Sony T1 costs $149. You honestly need to revise your price drastically downwards if you want to sell it. $50 is a realistic price for a PRS-505.

That might be a realistic price for the reader, but what about everything else that I am giving with it? Another cover, the cover with the light, and the charger?

I've got a Sony PRS-505 with leather cover and extra charger, if I could get $75 for it I'd be more than happy. A comparison on eBay of SOLD used 505's seems to be a range of $55 to about $90. The used market on Amazon for silver 505's start at $90.

Of course, you ask whatever price you want. It's just smart to check selling trends if you want it to be sold in a timely fashion.

I would have thought that whether a price is realistic is related to whether anyone is willing to pay it. It would seem that people are not willing to pay your asking price, therefore it probably isn't realistic.
