Create Catalog Error

I have created a catalog in the past. However in 0.8.4 I receive the following:

Am I doing something wrong??

PS: it still works in CSV output, but not for epub or mobi output

UPDATE:

Per a suggestion, I deleted the thumbs.zip file in the catalog folder under appdata and the catalog was created just fine.

Exactly the same thing has happened twice for me. Deleting the thumbs.zip which I found from the error box fixed it each time with the rerun producing the catalogue in .mobi format. I am also on Windows 7 Professional and Calibre 0.8.6 downloaded yesterday.

A patch has been implemented which should resolve this problem, included in next release.
