1. You should ask your questions in the correct forum; in this case, the ePub file format forum section. I shall move this thread there.
2. The error messages seem self-explanatory: don't have spaces in your filenames. Is that not the problem?

You really should not have spaces in filenames. It's that simple. Fix the filenames so there are no spaces. Fix the OPF to match the changed filenames and fix any references to the files in the XML files and you should be good to go.

And if you do the renaming from within Sigil, it "should" take care of all the rest automatically.

In general it is best to avoid spaces and special characters in filenames. If you really want a space kind of character, use an underscore or hyphen.

This file name spacing may be a problem because different operating systems allow or don't allow spaces in file names. When you rename be sure to keep all characters in the file name the same case (as they are now) or you may stumble into a different and equally aggravating problem of interoperability of operating systems.

My first computer allowed (Apple II circa 1980) allowed spaces in filenames. No reputable OS should disallow spaces.

You might also have noticed that your OS didn't use HTTP to access the information either. Strange that.

Spaces always have to be escaped and even if you escape them, the problems are usually only starting, when using an OS-independent system like html.

Interoperability means "spaces = trouble".
