But the Foxit is being discontinued and the firmware for it is awful. Stay far away from the Foxit.

I have no idea if it's the book of the Astak Mentor's firmware, but in the photo on Newegg that shows a page of a book, there are words broken up between lines and it looks rather unpleasant.

Looks like newegg was definitely ditching their stock. At the moment they Opus is no longer even found in their inventory. The Foxit and Mentor that were also price dropped to $99 still show up under e-book readers, but not the opus.
