Textile conversion broken in 7.45
user_none, a few points about 0.7.45 version of calibre and new Textile and heuristics features.
Converting from textile txt files. The (new) wrapping of lines affects several things, such as 'pre' formatted paragraphs, and (un)ordered lists, and if you add lines, the numbering is then broken anyway. (tried loads of combinations of settings) I don't know how long this next bit has been happening, only just noticed, any +inserted+ texts have the space preceding them missing in the converted text. (e.g. The +inserted+ text. would appear as Theinserted text) (May be the CalibreViewer, I tried viewing in Sigil and the space is there) Edit: It's Calibre's Viewer causing thisn glitch, Sigil and FireFox-epub plugin work fine Regarding TXTZ format, when using an image, in zip file, I created a Images subfolder, and when using a link a space is inserted into the filename (I think after the first '/') so any images are unreachable (as the filename is no longer valid) Any valid images that should be included (one from the base folder) isn't added to epub when converted. Here's a test txt I've been using (the couple of jpgs are just small testing images) Spoiler:

You need to turn off 'auto' for the paragraph structure. Calibre will interpret that example file as 'Single' when auto is enabled, and of course that will do things you don't want. Set the paragraph type to 'block' and I believe that should fix it.

Tried each of those settings, none work correctly as they did before.
(I used to have it default to single) |

The glitch with the space being consumed before an +inserted+ text is caused by calibre' viewer. Sigil and FireFox' epub-plugin both show the space correctly.
My Sony reader shows it correctly as well. |

Nice one, now I'm waiting for the next release again...
Which I do anyway In a test txtz file the image-link in index.txt was !00003.jpg! (i.e. not in sub-folder) The image html markup was included in the epub, but the image wasn't 'added'. If I explode epub, drag'n'drop the image into folder, then rebuild, the Image is included and shows properly in viewer. |

Never mind, the inserted space 'bug', it isn't one after all.
I was using the calibre viewer's 'inspect' to look at the underlying html, which shows as <img src="Images/ 00004.jpg" ........> Notice the space, which I thought was an error, but looking at the 'real' html, either viewed from exploded epub or from Sigil, the html is correct and there is no space in the filename. Once the Images were put in the txtz, and in sub-folder if needed, then they do show properly. |
