Quick usb socket question

Does anyone know if the Sony PRS 600 mini usb socket is output as well as input.
I was going to try and connect a usb led light to it via the mini usb socket on the bottom of the reader.

Thanks for the reply, it does not answer my question though
I would only use the usb light now and then.
Just need to know if i can or not before i buy one.

If you're asking if the USB socket on the Sony Reader can be used as a power source, I'm pretty sure that the answer is "no".
