touch screen wont work, cannot unlock the tablet, and not sure if im in the right area.

There may be an aluratek section below in the misc. section.

You might google aluratek touch not working and see if you find anything. Assuming you have powered down and restarted. Other than that look in the book and see if there is a hard reset that you can do, might bring things back to normal but it will wipe any data you have installed.
