Help. Registration and updates

Problem 1.

I did a hard reset on my edge. I dont remember what I entered for my info but its not letting me register my device to myself. I bought this used on the internet and would like to re-register it.

Problem 2.

This isnt letting me update. It keeps citing connection problems, error 80 or or something, and 43? I may have those numbers wrong....i know its good to write them down, but it was gone before I had the chance.

Yeah, it keeps saying that there was an update, but keeps saying there is an available update, never get a notification ever, and the interface has not changed as expected.

There seems to be something wrong with my device. I almost want to send it in for repairs and updates. Can anyone help me out?

Regarding problem 2, usually the error codes are in the 100-199 range. I would contact Tech Support for assistance (https://www.entourageedge.com/suppor...kets&_a=submit).
