Citing Calibre
For a technical writing class, I'm writing a document on using Sigil and Calibre to develop ebooks from Word or Notepad documents.
In the document, we have to say who owns the names of the software. My understanding is that calibre is an open source application - is the trademark held by Kovid Goyal? is it trademarked at all? is it under the Creative Commons rubrick? How do I cite it in the trademarks section of the copyright statement? Thanks! |

The calibre name and logo are both trademarked to me. calibre is released under the GNU General Public License version 3.0. See http://www.gnu.org/copyleft/gpl.html
