dictionary integration with ipad/ipod touch ereading
How is dictionary integration for e-reader apps presently available for the ipad and ipod touch? I would like to read texts in a number of languages and so will need to be able to consult bilingual dictionaries to look up words I don't know. I know that Slovoed makes a number of bilingual dictionaries for use with the ipod touch. But I'm assuming that, to use these, one needs to switch between a reader app and the Slovoed dictionary, and then use the virtual keyboard to type in the unknown word? Or is the process simpler than this? Is there any ereader app now available which is particularly notable for its integration of a variety of dictionaries?
Thanks for your help. |

Bookz, but it only supports txt format.
BookShelf, it can support epub and pdb. Both of them can use the dictionary downloaded from internet. |
