Metadata Backup?
When using the meta database backup tab in library maintenance what is the location of the metadata backup files?

Is this sufficient for backing up your library or should a full folder backup of the library be sent to a different hard drive or to an off site backup location?

The metadata.opf files that are in the same directory as your books are the backup for recreating the metadata.db file.

No it is not sufficient, regular full backups are still required.
