Hi,

Did a search and found .prc files here:
/sdcard/Android/data/com.amazon.kindle/files/

Don't know if this is them. They all start "B00" and they seem to have matching *.embp files.

Yes, that is them alright. The B00 is the start of the ID by which Amazon distinguishes books. And I did not know that the Android app stores them in 2 places (purchased and anything else). My purchased ones are also in that folder.

Hi - to view the files for Kindle books on The Samsung Galaxy Tab2 go to
Computer - (assuming your tablet is connected to your PC and switched on) GT-P3110 - Tablet - Android - data - com.amazon.kindle - files -
There you will find your Kindle books saved as _EBOK.prc and MOBI.
You can add your own MOBI files to this folder and they will show up as books when you open the Kindle app on your tablet.
