not able to download update code 101

Before submitting this post, I have tried following ways:

It still shows"101code".I check the help page:

it shows that:
"101:Make sure you have a valid Internet connection. Navigate to a website you have not visited. If you have a valid connection but this problem persists, you must use a different wireless network. "

But my Edge can brower the web pages perfectly. I have tried many times,many cities in China.but my update did finally work.It's a way to update manually rather than through the update now button?

If you contact Tech Support (techsupport@entourageedge.com, or http://www.entourageedge.com/support...kets&_a=submit), they can provide you with a manual update file. It's the weekend now, so you may not receive a response until Monday or Tuesday (I'm not sure if Monday is a holiday in the US).

I, and others, got the Error 101 while trying to download the Dingo update, but later it worked fine - it seems to be a temporary problem. Usually, if your try again 30 - 60 minutes later, it will work. It wouldn't hurt to reboot your eDGe, too, before trying again.

Monday (Labor Day) is a holiday here in the US. So Tuesday would be when the shop would be open again.
