DR800 gnuplot (2D/3D plotting program) for DR800

Just for giggles I ported gnuplot to the DR800. The plots are actually really beautiful, but the program is a bit of a PITA to use right now. Latest version is gnuplot-4.4.0-dr-2010-04-28.

BUGS:
When the plot window closes, it closes the keyboard with it, and gnuplot doesn't know what happened. Press the page bar (hit enter) to redisplay the keyboard.

In spite of this, it is usable. Also in the box is rxvt, erkeyman. Uses wxGTK, which was a trivial port.

Just extract to your SD card and run. Type in "splot x**2+y" for an example graph. You will be blown away by how beautiful graphs are on eInk. I don't know whether it has any real use, but it's really, really pretty. Type "quit" to quit (if you don't do this, it'll happily float along in the background, which is no good :P )

EDIT 2010-04-28: Lots of fixes now that I have a much keener grasp of how the iRex works.

That is quite possibly the coolest things I've seen in quite a while. Great work and I can't wait to pick up my DR800 so I can try this out.

The binary also runs on the DR1000 R2.0 beta (although I am not sure what to do with it).

Mackx: It's a general-purpose (although not hugely user-friendly unless you're a programmer) graphing tool. Try typing "splot y**2+x" or "plot x**3" for some example graphs (3D and 2D, respectively. There's very little purpose to doing these graphs on the iRex, but seeing them on the eInk screen is downright gorgeous
