amregegistered with Amazon Spain where I have bought a Spanish book.Now I want to buy an English or French book for my Kindle. How do I do this

Welcome to MR! Not quite sure what you're asking. Do you want to buy books written in English and French, or from the US/UK and France stores? In order to do the latter, you'd need to be registered in those stores to purchase from them. If you want to buy books written in English, you can do that in the Spanish store (just because books are for sale there, doesn't mean they're written in Spanish). As for downloading the dictionary from your Kindle to your Mac...I have no idea
