Anyone else notice on the LBook site they are updating the V3 with a 400mhz processor, Epson controller and 16 shades of grey?

Why buying these OEMs rather than the forthcoming - and cheaper (!) - Asus and Acer ereaders?

The LBook firmware is one of the best around. Not so sure about that of the forthcoming devices. Software counts for quite a bit in this market. That's why!

Do you know if they be shipping out of Ukraine or elsewhere?
Fraid not.
As the European market is / was the Endless Ideas' stamping ground.

Judging by the lbook.eu, they do not seem to target the European market seriously.
-------
On a side note (without making any insinuations), the Sipix displays are to be produced by the same factory involved in producing Mirasol displays.

Well, looks like Endless Ideas dropped Jinke and joined Onyx

Anyway, Hanlin are sold in Spain as Papyre, and in Sweden as Letto (yeah, sounds quite funny to Italian readers )
