ePub error - Meatgrinder says

I have mehalah.epub/tmp_2f2bbc17a7e24b9a5cc5684e951fe318_wCVWpU.ch.fix ed.fc.tidied.stylehacked.xfixed_split_000.html(22) : attribute "clear" not allowed here; expected attribute "class", "id", "style" or "title"

through Smashwords - other formats seem OK but ePub doesn't like me.

I thought it had something to do with the cover alt text, but... now I'm lost.

Any ideas?

What's at line 22 of that file?
