The African Queen....
Just to say that I gave in and bought a physbook of C.S.Forester's "The African Queen" and am halfway through - fantastic.
Why Oh Why ain't it in eform ? I already know I shall read it many times........ And my son has it reserved after 'er indoors has finished it. Mind you, a bias confession - the film is on the family top 20 ever shelf..... |

Alas, there are quite a few classics that have not yet made it to ebook form (at least legally). Personally I was thrilled that C. S. Lewis's Space Trilogy is finally available.

Wikipedia says Forester died in 1966, so barring any copyright reforms before then, it'll be in the public domain in Canada in about five years. Maybe MR will have a copy soon after.
