shortcut creation

ok, so I gotten it rooted (painlessly I might add), downloaded and installed Zeam, but I am totaling clueless on creating shortcuts for apps I want to place on my desktop. Any thoughts as to where one might find directions?

App's are typically stored on a single page accesible via the Application Manager, Manage Apps icon/menu.

You tap and hold them and then drag and drop them to the page you want to put them on. You decide you want to get rid of one you tap, hold and drag to the trashcan... hold it longer and it will ask if you want to uninstall.

Just post if you need more detail.
