How to copy all settings from Calibre to Calibre Portable?

I would like to use Calibre Portable with my library. Obviously, I need to copy the library itself, but what should I do (which files should I copy) to preserve all my settings (plugins, column colouring, view etc.)?

I'm not 100% sure but I believe everything but the plugins will be transferred over with your library. All of that is stored in the main metadata.db file. Plugins are a separate thing and will need to be re-installed. You'll also need to reset your toolbars but otherwise everything else should transfer over.
