Add book cover to Overdrive books
I have one that has a really nice paper cover, but ADE just shows a generic one -- anyone tried to add a cover? I can do it with audiobooks (drop the desired one on top of the existing at Windows Media), but am stumped with ADE, as there seems to be no "folder" in which to add a .jpeg?

Calibre can do it for you, but I think the book has to be DRM free to do that.
