Could someone with a Kindle test the readability of a book through this site:

www.safaribooksonline.com

I have seen how it renders on the Iliad, was wondering if the Kindle did it better.

Is there anything FREE I could test for you? I don't really want to sign up at their web site. Do they have a free book one can test with before committing to anything?

Did they change something? I thought with this service you had to read the books using a browser?

you should be able to just click on a start reading link

try my.safaribooksonline.com There should be titles there and you can just click through to start reading.

You do read books through a browser, but the kindle has the browser, so i wanted to see how they worked with the device (as Amazon's computer book offerings are lacking).

Ah... I see what you mean... I thought you were saying that there was now a way to download their books. I'll give it a try when I get home to my Kindle.

I appreciate that, thank you!

I would love it if safari had a built in application for the kindle (or Iliad) I think the IT field would quickly adopt it if there was some way to constantly reference all the books they have available
