The Coming Agency System: Suggestions for Stores (Teleread)

I was interested in the comment from the Kobo blog about how with price no longer being an issue (since everyone has to charge the same thing for the agency books) e-stores will have to differentiate themselves on customer experience. So I have put together some suggestions for Kobo, Fictionwise, Amazon and Sony. I welcome any comments and discussion. I am really curious to see what will happen when the agency system goes live.
