Best musclecars?
I like the idea of the Paxton supercharger on '50s Fairlanes. Which other cars would you add?

'66/'67 Charger 383 High Performance. They were basically the same car with exception of the '67 had bench front seats and fiber optic (if you can call a 1/4" clear plastic rod fiber optics) turn signal indicators on the front fender.

Only one I ever owned was a '71 "Heavy Chevy" Chevelle. Good off the floor; better when I got done with it.

Nice article with the late George Barris. I have always liked the car (the wide body and Mohawk bias belted rubber), but some might not, lol. Discuss!!

My brother is restoring two '69 Dodge Chargers. He has always had one since I can remember. My only muscle car was a 1980 blue metallic Pontiac Trans AM. I was 16 and it was fun to drive till my brother bent the frame on it by airborning it on country roads. He thinks he is Bo Duke.

Went to Stratford on Avon a couple of weekends ago and they had a car show on. Plenty of Mustangs and Dodge Chargers of all ages there. Great looking cars!
My favourite car there was a Chevy Impala (1970). Not sure if that counts as a muscle car, but, damn, it was nice! |

Here's what mine looked like:
[Image violates Posting Guidelines for size - MODERATOR] I bought it brand new off the showroom for $3,000 US even. Today it would be worth $26,000 US. Last edited by Dr. Drib; 05-22-2016 at 07:59 AM. |
