Hi there! I tried it again using the Stanza app on my iPhone. Instead of saying 'getstory', it gives me some long number when downloading. Unfortunately, same problem - it won't let me download a second story. Even when I closed the app and opened it again, it wouldn't let me download.

But I can download the .epub versions off my computer just fine. I then just load them into my iPhone using the Apps section off iTunes.

I've tracked down the bug - it's caused by Stanza ignoring the Content-Disposition HTTP header when downloading the ebook files. I've tweaked FLAG slightly to account for this - provided you don't try and download two books without refreshing or closing / reopening the page, you should no longer have this issue.

I've also got an additional idea that should provide a permanent (and un-noticible) workaround, but it'll require a few changes to implement, so I can't do this immediately - watch this space .

I've just tested it, and PDF downloads appear to be working fine.

Which stories in particular were you having trouble with?

The server was overloaded, which took down the service for around 5 hours on the 14th - that was the cause of the error message you were seeing.

It's now back up and running normally .

Thanks for your suggestion.

This will probably be added at some point, but is likely to be a wee way off - portkey.org is quite a small site, and FLAG is something I work on in my rather limited spare time, so I try to concentrate my effort on things that benefit the largest number of users.
